These wines are meant for refreshment and to complement food. The fruit is picked early, had little work done and lightly rested to be bottled fresh: blue skies, sunshine and fresh air. A tidy little cherry orchid can be seen when inspecting the aromatics: trees, fruit, soil… the whole kit. Flavours of honey, wax, ripe cherries, buxom strawberries and taut plums can be found on the palate. Serve with a light chill and you’ll see how nice Pete can be - friendly and quite moreish – he’s a clever chap.
