TASTING NOTE
“With a slight nod to Cabernet Sauvignon over Shiraz, this 2017 release reflects the best of its Central Victorian sourcing.
Tea leaf, eucalypt mint, rich blackcurrant and berry fruits interplay with savoury, spice and warm earth characters, all enclosed in an envelope of cedar and vanillin French and American oak to deliver a wine of immediate appeal.
Sinewy and supportive tannins will assist in delivering additional complexity if cellared over a further ten to fifteen years.”
